Good morning blog readers. I'm just heading out today, a late start but I was so tired I took my time in bed this morning, looking at maps, making plans, and resting.
I had a sore throat last night and this morning, and hope I'm not getting a cold. Maybe a day of easier cycling will get it out of the system.
I start with a big desent to Viterbo this morning, then on some small roads to Vitochiano and Bagno Reggio (Emily had a field trip there years ago, her maestro was from that area)
I'm in my new team campagnolo gear, I'll try for a photo soon.
Ok, onwards in search of a caffe.
