fantastic and there was a refreshing cold wind above the treeline. Here
we are, partway between Lafayette and Lincoln. Eight hours on the
trail with a nice stop at the Greenleaf hut for lunch and some
hot soup. I have to tell you though, in spite of lots of cycle
training this summer the legs are still quite sore two mornings later.
It was good cross training, but I hope I'm not hobbling around Rome
tomorrow!
